Return Policy

We’re sorry to hear your item wasn’t exactly what you were hoping for let’s guide you through our return process.

Return Timeframe

Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase. For online orders, this begins from the date your package is marked as delivered.
All approved returns are issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for store credit, items must:
• Be in their original, unworn condition
• Include all original tags attached
• Be free from stains, odors, makeup, pet hair, or signs of wear
• Not be washed, altered, or damaged in any way
Items that do not meet these standards may not be accepted.

Final Sale

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted merchandise
  • Accessories
  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear
  • Hats



Return Shipping

For all approved returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels at this time.
We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for any lost or delayed return packages once they have been shipped.

Original shipping fees from your order are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shop.cieloda@gmail.com.

Be sure to include your order number along with a photo so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
