Order Processing All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages: Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before checking out. Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shop.cieloda@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
